Rapidcue is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. This page explains what happens when you cancel, when a refund applies, and how to ask for one. If your situation is not covered here, write to us anyway and we will look at it properly.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and nobody will ask you to sit through a retention call.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It simply does not renew after that.
Cancelling does not delete anything straight away. Your leads, calls, recordings and notes remain in your account for 30 days after your subscription ends, so you can come back or export what you need.
If you want your data removed sooner, or exported in bulk, email us and we will take care of it.
We will refund you in these situations:
In each of these cases we refund the amount in question in full, or the unused portion of it, whichever fits what actually happened.
We do not normally refund a month that has already been used. If you cancel partway through a paid month, you keep access for the rest of it rather than receiving money back for the remaining days.
We also cannot refund charges raised by your own bank or card issuer, such as foreign transaction fees.
If you think that is unfair in your case, say so. These are the normal rules, not a wall. If you paid for a month you genuinely could not use, email us and explain. We would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Email biz@rapidcue.ai from the address on the account, and include:
We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 5 to 7 business days. After that it is with your bank or card issuer, who typically take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. The exact timing depends on them rather than on us.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.
For anything about a payment, a cancellation or a refund:
